💘 Save, Spend, or Splurge Locally this Valentine's Day

Valentine’s Day plans? I've got you covered!

Whether you want to keep it sweet and simple, go all out, or land somewhere in between, I've rounded up the perfect list of local ideas to find what works best for you -

☕️ Save: Take a Scenic Walk or Bike Ride together at Lake Hefner
Sometimes the best dates don’t cost a thing. Enjoy quality time together, soak in the views, and maybe bring along a thermos of coffee or hot cocoa for a cozy touch.

🍷Spend: Enjoy a Wine Tasting Experience at the Strebel Vineyard
Treat yourselves to a relaxing and indulgent Valentine’s date. Sipping on expertly curated wines while enjoying a cozy atmosphere is the perfect way to connect and unwind.

🍽 Splurge: Experience Fine Dining at Fait Maison
For a truly memorable Valentine’s Day, try a fine dining experience. Thanks to their impeccable service and signature dishes, this is one of my top picks. Don’t forget to book early!

Which vibe are you going for this year? Reply back and let me know!

📍 Should you love it or list it?

Let's get real about the relationship with your home and whether you should rekindle the spark or just move on.

There comes a point when you start questioning if your current home is still the right fit.

Maybe it’s the space, the location, or the amount of work it needs. Deciding whether to stay or move isn’t easy, but it helps to weigh the reasons for both

You might want to love it if...

▫️ Your neighborhood is perfect, and you don’t want to leave.

▫️Your home has great bones and can be updated to fit your needs.
▫️ The timing just isn't right with your finances and ability to buy a new home.

▫️ You can make changes that will make your home feel like new again.

You might want to list it if...

▫️ You’ve outgrown the space and need more room.

▫️Your commute or lifestyle priorities have changed.

▫️Renovations would cost more than the home’s value.

▫️You have equity that you could use to upgrade to a better fit.

Deciding to stay or go isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to make it alone. I’m here to help you figure it out if you ever want to chat about your options for your next move - reach out any time or simply reply to this email!

🏡 Making your space *yours*

Personally, the first step I like to take when moving into a new home is to start the process of making it feel like ✨mine✨

Because a house isn’t just walls and a roof—it’s a reflection of you!

It should be your sanctuary and safe place, so taking the time to make it truly feel like yours is well worth it.

Here are some of my favorite simple ways to do just that -

✨ Add small personal touches
Incorporate decor items that represent you, like meaningful artwork, family photos, or souvenirs from your favorite trips.

🎨 Update the style
Adding a fresh coat of paint in your favorite shades, swapping out light fixtures, or even new cabinet hardware can transform the vibe instantly to match your style.

🛋 Layer in cozy comfort
Add rugs, throw pillows, or curtains that bring your personality to life and make the space feel more welcoming and cozy.

🌿 Bring in greenery
Plants and greenery are some of the easiest ways to add life and color while also making the home feel more inviting.

🔨 Tackle one project at a time
Start with the rooms you’ll spend the most time in, and make them your own first. Then, little by little, add the finishing touches to each space in the home to make it simply - you.

At the end of the day, it's all about the little details that make your house truly feel like a home.
