Staying Savvy on the Market & Welcoming the Changing Season in the OKC METRO

with Terri McQueen, Realtor ®

Are you ready for a 'fresh start feeling' the spring season is bringing our way? It's often a time for new beginnings and new opportunities - especially in real estate!

So as we welcome warmer days and the start of a new season in our community, I'm sharing some charming inspo to bringing that feeling into your home.

This is also the perfect time to check in on the latest market trends and see where your home stands. That way, you can be savvy in the market and make the most well-informed decisions about your biggest investment. And as your trusted real estate advisor, here's how I'm helping make that possible -

🏡 It's time for your Annual Real Estate Review

As part of my professional service to past customers and friends, I’m currently preparing custom value and market reports.

Because my goal is to keep you informed about your home’s value—whether you’re planning a move or just want to track your equity & the market.

The personalized report includes:

  • 📊 Your home’s estimated value based on market data
  • 📈 Recent sales & trends in your neighborhood
  • 💡 Key insights into how market shifts impact your home

And since every home is unique, I’d love to factor in any updates or changes you’ve made to make your report as accurate as possible.

You can simply reply to this email with your address and any important info about your home I should know, and I'll get to work on your custom review.

Once I get the report customized for you, I'd be happy to go over the numbers together over coffee or on a call.

I'm looking forward to connecting and getting you this valuable info in today's market!

☀️🍃🌼 Welcoming the Spring & Sunshine in our OKC Metro homes

Let's bring that spring energy into your home this season.

Here's what I'm calling your 'spring mood board' to get you inspired to refresh your space this month. Here are a few easy ways to bring the season indoors -

🌿 Add fresh greenery like houseplants, fresh flowers, or a simple bowl of citrus

🛋 Lighten up textiles by swapping heavy throws and dark linens for breezy fabrics and softer shades

🌞 Let the light in with open windows and sheer curtains to embrace more natural light

🖼 Refresh with seasonal decor such as woven baskets and ceramic vases.

🪞 Declutter & reset with a seasonal reset — out with the old, in with the fresh

🍽 Add a spring tablescape with lighter table linens and a fresh centerpiece for an inviting touch.

🚪Do a curb appeal check and add items like a new welcome mat, potted flowers, or a fresh wreath to brighten your entry

But above all, have fun with it and let your personality shine through while mixing in the fun of this new season.

📲 Are you keeping up with the latest?
